International Shipping Policy (Knives)

Thank you very much for your purchase. Please review the following information before requesting international shipping.

Import Regulations Knives may be restricted in some countries. Customers are kindly asked to check the import regulations of the destination country in advance.

Duties and Taxes Customs duties, taxes, and related fees are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient.Please note that import charges vary by country and may change without notice. For shipments to the United States, additional tariffs on metal-related products may apply under current trade policies, and import costs may be significantly higher than expected depending on product classification and valuation.

Customs Delays Shipments may be subject to customs inspection, which could cause delays beyond our control.

Refused or Seized Shipments If a shipment is refused, seized, or returned due to customs regulations, shipping fees are non-refundable. Any additional costs will be borne by the customer.

Damage or Loss All items are carefully packed; however, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss during transit.

Customs Declaration Items will be declared as “Kitchen Knife” with the appropriate value.

Shipping Restrictions We may not be able to ship to certain countries due to regulations.

Tax ID / Customs Information Some countries require a tax identification number for customs clearance. For example, shipments to Mexico must include a valid Tax ID (RFC or CURP). Failure to provide required information may result in delays or return of the shipment. Customers are responsible for confirming and providing all necessary details.

Carrier Communication After shipment, the carrier may contact you by email regarding customs clearance or delivery issues. Please check your email regularly and respond promptly, as failure to do so may result in delays or non-delivery.

Tracking Information Once your purchase has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.Please use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your shipment.
